These are the following usability projects. They also include aspects related to communication.
This project will interview users of TU Delft Library to understand how they see and categorise explore how they use the library services. The research will help group or ‘thematise’ the services in the list of TU Delft services.
Interviews and analysis with users are ongoing. Conclusions will be available in summer 2022.
User Feedback Analysis
As the TU Delft Library Service Standards include recommendations about user feedback, this project is now incorporated in the work to embed the service standards in the library services.
This project will update the TU Delft Library website, making use of the service descriptions and themes agreed in the Service Definition Project.
